You’ll learn how relieve overwhelm so you can clearly see what needs to be done. We will talk about how to better manage the flight, fight, freeze response (and even come out of it - thanks to toning your vagus nerve.) You will be able to release emotions that no longer serve you, such as anger or frustration, and welcome in the “feel good” state.
